Nice sunny day in Southern California as we wait outside of Golds in preparation of
our arm workout with Muscular Development video shoot with Jordan Blechman .
Jay prepares pre-workout with some Nano Vapour by Muscle-Tech as we wait for it to
take effect before we take on some triceps and Biceps at The Mecca. After we worked
we out we had our Post meal at Sauce restaurant .

Jay cutler is back to golds gym for the training with his team. and he has caused
the start to prepare now for 2011 Mr Olympia Bodybuilding Contest. jay cutler
seems so much size here because he leave the training after Mr Olympia 2010.
and in 2011 from 15, January he again start the training. What is amazing is he
is able to change his physique and grow and become tighter and better every
year.in 2010 many new bodybuilders participates to 2011 Mr Olympia contest.
but it will tell the stage that who is winner of 2011.

CHEST TRAINING
FOR MOST GUYS, ''CHEST DAY'' IS
The best day of the week,training-wise.
Here we set you om the right path on you chest quest with a machine-heavy
routine that primes you pectorals for more specialized training down the road.
SOME THINGS YOU TO KEEP IN MIND
1: As beginner,err on the light side when choosing a weight.
if you can't finish the listed reps, it's too heavy.
2: A a note for here and throughout the issue, if you see a
decreasing reps scheme, pyramid up the weight each set:
if the reps are same set to set,choose one challenging weight and use it for
all the listed sets of the exercise.

Exercise Schedule For Chest.
DECLINE BARBELL PRESS
START: Lie back on a bench set to about a 30-40 degree decline.
grasp the barbell with an overhand, slightly wider than shoulder-width
grip.Lift the bar from the supports and hold it over your lower chest,
arms extended.
MOVE: Lower the barbell to your chest,touching down to your lower pecs lightly
before pushing the bar back up to full extension.

SMITH-MACHINE INCLINE PRESS
START: Position yourself on an incline bench (about 45 degrees) so that the bar touches
the top of your chest just below your collarbone. Once your position is set, get and
load the bar,then lie back onto the bench and grasp the bar with a slightly wider than shoulder-width grip.
MOVE: Press the bar straight up, stopping just short of elbow lockout.
(FEEL YOUR PECS CONTRACT TO BRING YOUR ARMS UP ABOVE YOUR TORSO.)
Pause at the top and lower the bar under control to your upper chest.

if you training very hard and your diet is perfect then your legs are growth,
he says that when you start your training first of all you make your mind fresh.
and kick-out worries & tensions of your mind,
then your muscle running growths way,
he Say's without nutritions your legs are like fish without water...


It had been 18 years since I'd trained with Dave Draper,
and as I walked into his World Gym in Santa Cruz, California,
I reminisced of those bygone years.
The last time we trained seriously together was during the summer
of 1972 at the old Gold's Gym on Pacific Avenue in Venice while preparing
for the Mr. Universe contest. Dave, Arnold and I could usually be found
in the gym at the same time and we'd work legs together more often than not.
Leg extensions, leg curls, heavy squats,hacks, donkeys, standing and seated
calf raises were our usual fare.
We never did aerobics in those days - not to each other's knowledge anyway.
We were content to get an aerobic effect from our weight training workouts
by not resting more than a minute between sets.

Yates First triceps exercise is pushdown,
2 warm-up sets of 15 & 12 reps: then,
one all-out heavy set for eight to 12 reps; then, plus forced reps and negatives.
Exercise two is Lying EZ-curl bar triceps extensions:
1 warm-up set of 12 to 14 reps,
followed by one all-out heavy set of 8 to 10.
Movement three is a one-arm triceps extension machine exercise,
